If you encounter difficulties when logging on to our customer area, it is likely that your browser is set to disallow 'cookies' or block certain web sites. If you use Internet Explorer, try the following steps to fix this issue:
Click on the 'Tools' menu at the top of your browser window and select 'Internet Options...'. Now click on the 'Security' tab and 'Trusted sites'. Click the 'Sites...' button and within the 'Add this web site to the zone' box, type the following: https://www.kalimadesigns.com and click the 'Add' button.
Now click 'OK' and select the Privacy tab. Click the 'Sites...' button and type www.kalimadesigns.com into the 'Address of Web site:' box. Now click 'Allow' and finally 'OK'.
Close your browser and reopen it. You should now be able to view our site without any problems. Your login session will normally terminate after 20 minutes of inactivity.
